Update: 2025-11-07
Description
Bruce Springsteens iconic album, Nebraska, is making a triumphant return to the Billboard charts, nearly four decades after its initial release. The 1982 record has re-entered the Billboard 200 at number 26, its highest ranking since its debut and first appearance on the chart in nearly 40 years. Nebraska is also charting on several newer lists, including Americana Folk Albums (number 3), Indie Store Album Sales (number 3), Catalog Albums (number 4), Top Album Sales (number 5), Top Rock and Alternative Albums and Vinyl Albums (number 6), and Top Rock Albums (number 7). This resurgence follows a special reissue of Nebraska, which includes 27 extra tracks and is available for streaming, digital download, CD, and vinyl. In the tracking week ending October 30th, Nebraska earned 18,000 equivalent album units in the United States, with nearly 15,000 from traditional album sales and the remaining units driven by streaming activity.
