Description

Feeling less-than is a really lonely feeling. We've all been there (or, most of us anyways). Maybe you're feeling it today . . .

Maybe you've been playing the comparison game lately.
Maybe you've been ridiculously hard on yourself as of late.
Maybe you're dealing with a mistake you made recently that's causing you to feel embarrassed or ashamed.
Or maybe, you just feel a little fragile right now, and everything you look at on social media feels like a punch in the gut...

Today's episode is for those days. We're talking about some of the top strategies I've collected over the years that I've used on the days where I feel I'm just not measuring up. And I hope they can offer a little help if you're looking.

Disclaimer: There are some corny moments in this, but all the more reason to listen (maybe they'll help, or maybe they'll give you a good laugh; either way hopefully you'll leave feeling  a little better....).

In this episode, you'll learn

  • what to do the minute you start comparing on social media
  • how your posture can impact your feelings of worth
  • key nutritional questions to ask yourself if you've been feeling this way for a while
  • Calming, grounding foods to help in the moment
  • A visualization exercise that's pulled me up more than once

The key moments in this episode are:
00:00:00 - Introduction,

00:02:33 - Feeling Less Than lately

00:06:20 - One of my favourite sayings

00:12:23 - Nutrition and perspective
