Reflecting on 2024 with Mark Cuban
Description
As 2024 draws to a close, we're joined by Mark Cuban to reflect on how technology, business, and politics shaped this year. Together we explore his foray into the political arena as a surrogate for Kamala Harris, his mission to disrupt America's healthcare system, and ways government might harness AI to tackle the country’s most entrenched problems. Plus, Mark gives Jon a lesson in crypto.

I very much disagree with Cuban's assessment that AI will not hurt the white-collar worker. My daughter recently finished her college degree in Digital Art and Animation. There are no jobs. Even 20 to 30-tead seasoned veterans are now on the street. It is hopeless for most new grads to land a job in this career. The major factor? AI. Scripts and artwork are now AI generated. In this respect, AI is the most damaging thing to happen to our society. And all for corporate greed.
