Description

December 25th, 2006. Phoenix, Arizona. Police officers entered the home of Ryan Waller, an 18-year-old living in Phoenix. They found Ryan injured but alive, and his girlfriend Heather dead from a gunshot wound to the head. Ryan was the initial suspect, but he acted very strangely during his interview, claiming he’d been shot in the face by two men who broke into the house. Ryan was taken to the police station and questioned before the police realized he really had been shot in the face and survived his injuries for two days.

The cop, before he knew it was a gunshot in Ryan's face, even said he was acting like he had a concussion and he should greet his face looked at by a medical professional before going to bed, when Ryan kept saying he wanted to sleep. Dalton definitely knew he did something wrong - it was discovered after the civil trial that he won that he even dated the testifying sheet as 2 days before the interrogation happened so he could pretend those 6 hours didn't make a difference. He still won the suit.
