These women sure do make a ton of excuses for acting horrible to each other at the behest of this scum bag. This Jake guy sounds like a real d*ckhead, but he isn't the only monster in this story. It's amazing how people are willing to blatantly lie to themselves in order to shed the guilt of their actions and shifting the blame onto someone else. A common thread in these stories seems to be lack of personal responsibility.

it's one thing for these woman to try and tolerate the abuse of these disgusting men , it's s whole other thing when they allow their children to be abused. She is horrible she should have given the baby to her mother. I can't even finish the story.
