After finding other job searching sites frustrating to navigate, Kathryn decided that she needed to do something about it. She left her stable job at McKinsey to start her first company PYP, only to have it fall apart a year later. However, from PYP Kathryn was able to take her learnings and start the Muse, now the go-to destination for the next gen workforce to research companies and careers.
