Sharon Osbourne, manager of Black Sabbath, is opposing the release of old Earth demo recordings from 1969 by former manager Jim Simpson. Despite Simpsons plans to release the collection, Earth: The Legendary Lost Tapes, Osbourne has warned Simpson and his label, Big Bear Records, that Black Sabbath will take action if the demos are released without their consent. Osbourne has also questioned the legitimacy of Big Bear Records and emphasized that Black Sabbath would never allow their music to be released through this label.
