On Mexico:I don't like where it's going, BUT I think people conflate this with Iraq. Where the U.S. REALLY messed up with Iraq was the dismantling of the Baathist government. If U.S. works with the Mexican government there could be a better shot. but the U.S. really needs to figure out that the war on drugs is the oldest failed policy and the only way to stop the crime is through domestic decriminalization and rehabilitation. The Mafia lost control of Vegas when the corporations moved in.
