Jamie is joined by Dr. Garth Davis, a vegan doctor who specializes in weight loss surgery and author of Proteinaholic: How Our Obsession With Meat Is Killing Us and What We Can Do About It. He is also featured in several documentaries including "What The Health", and TLC's Big Medicine.
He is a passionate plant based advocate who chats with Jamie about how much protein we really need, animal vs plant protein, and how his vegan journey began at 35 when he suffered from high blood pressure, fatty liver, and high cholesterol.
