Alfredo Bala is a dynamic and passionate leader. A first-generation Cape-Verdean immigrant, he came to the U.S. seeking the American dream. Starting at the bottom, he worked minimum-wage jobs while learning English and attending school. Initially planning to climb the corporate ladder through education, his perspective changed when he discovered Network Marketing nearly 44 years ago.
Since then, Al has dedicated himself to the networking profession in various roles. From 1980 to 1991 he was a top Network Marketing Leaders. In 1991 he partnered with Legendary Leader and became responsible for launching business in over 65 International markets from China to Chile , from South Africa to Scandinavia. After eight years as CEO and President of Mannatech , a publicly traded company, he served as Advisory Board Member and corporate liaison to the independent Associates worldwide .
