I've been listening to this podcast and thinking how it applies to me. I find myself not sharing vital information with my fellow leaders and feel it may come from a desire to feed my ego. Would this fall under skillful politician? I'm happy to admit mistakes and am willing to take on feedback when someone suggests I could do something differently.
