Not to belittle your struggle, alot of this is absolutely horrific. but the part where he 1st lays hands on you to take your phone and force you to take the "poison" meds- which you said were strong antihistamines... why not just take them to prove him wrong within his own paradigm and to save yourself the violent episode??
