It was an absolute honor to have retired Master Sergeant John Martin on the show. John is a 25 year combat veteran and medic (18D) with the United States Army Special Forces, the coveted "Green Berets". We had a great long podcast, doing a deep dive into his long career starting with the 82nd Airborne and on to the Army Special Forces as a combat medic. The last 30 minutes we dug deep into what John calls the "Hidden Wounds" that he suffered through, TBI and PTS and the struggle that goes with these combat injuries that you cannot see.
