He started as a young man enlisting in the Navy, we talk about this time pre- 9/11 and then becoming an officer in the SEAL teams and numerous deployments across the globe as a young Ensign, rising all the way to the rank of Commander. We chat about his transition to the civilian world, the experience in the program With your Shield and his first foray into finding a civilian job, and the challenges that follow. Amazing career for an amazing leader, enjoy!
