This is the story for Madison City Councilwoman Alder Dina Nina Martinez-Rutherford. Rutherford joins Kristin to talk about her experience being reelected, what her first term was like, how hard the decision was to try and suspend her campaign and her decision now as she has been reelected. Kristin Shares her unique story of how she got her tattoo ahead of the tattoo convention coming to the Baird Center this weekend.
