Throughout the podcast over the last few series, we have heard many beautiful voices talking about the power of getting out of our own way so that we may remember what is already here, what we already are. In today’s little episode Jonny reflects on this intense experience and his realisation that accepting and letting go are not just clever little strategies or a nice ideas to help us get what we want.
