Description

Last week, we shared Part 1 of Joshua Simiskey's story. 41-year-old Joshua Simiskey vanished under bizarre circumstances in October of 2019. He had given all his belongings to a woman he had recently met. She claimed that he had offered the items for her hand in marriage while on a spiritual journey. But then, Josh was picked up by park rangers inside Olympic National Park, walking barefoot early one morning. They dropped him off at a general store and watched him walk away on foot. That is the last official, confirmed sighting of Joshua Simiskey. However, there were other unconfirmed sightings of Josh that seemed to point to a voluntary disappearance. Others believed that Josh was in a vulnerable mental state and was possibly coerced into giving his valuables away. Four years have gone by, and Josh Simiskey has never surfaced. What is known about the circumstances leading up to Josh's disappearance has left his loved ones with more questions than answers. Today, you will hear from two of the women in Josh's life when he went missing, one who claims to have seen him disappear right before her eyes.

If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Joshua Simiskey, please contact the Clallam County Sheriff's Department at (360) 417-2262.

Susan Brown has a questionable reputation due to her past criminal history. She may have known that Joshua was going to leave her, and she was not going to get that money that he was receiving on a monthly basis, which may have been a motive. Whether they outright killed him or whether they drugged him into a state of absolute confusion and wandered off and died in the wilderness somewhere. What a mystery. I hope they find Joshua and this will be resolved soon. My heart goes out to family

I still find it odd that Joshua apparently says he does not want to be found and is willing to leave his family behind. But he called his father that night after he already gave away his possessions and said he was going to go on a spiritual journey. Why did he bother calling his father to come get him that night if he didn’t want to be found?
