Visualizing the practice I want is awesome but when the bills start arriving, things get a lot more real and a different kind of pressure is applied. This nervous excitement is completely normal and in the next 5 years if I find myself doing this again with another office, I expect to feel the same. Growth is messy but, trust me, it's worth it!
