Megan Wells is a licensed therapist, teacher, cheer coach, wife, and mother of two. She currently holds the title of Miss Arkansas USA Icon and will be competing for Miss USA Icon this year. After battling a severe eating disorder and being misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder at age 22, Megan underwent a transformational healing journey that led her into the mental health field. She now uses her voice—and her crown—to advocate for mental health awareness, self-worth, and legacy-driven leadership.
