I myself often heard various myths, especially about such sports nutrition as gainers https://www.flipkart.com/prorganiq-premium-mass-gainer-supplement-protein-creatine-weight-gainers-mass-gainers/p/itm1377593bfd9d2 or something something similar. Many believe that this is complete chemistry that harms and does not help.
